Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic transactions.
• Support due diligence efforts across internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Assist in development of investment memos and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist in transaction structuring, negotiation support, and execution activities.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investments and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to determine optimal development plans.
