Job summary

FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands is seeking a Commercial Controlling Analyst in Amersfoort to partner with sales teams, providing strategic financial insights and robust reporting to support the month-end close.

You will challenge assumptions, drive decision making with data, and act as a finance business partner to the CD NL Management Team, delivering value through rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in controlling.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and SAP.
• Knowledge of the Dutch retail landscape.
• Able to challenge commercial assumptions and drive corrective actions.
• Proactive, curious, and accountable with a drive to identify opportunities.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to act quickly and decisively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze customer P&Ls and overall performance.
• Execute reporting tasks related to month-end close and outlook.
• Support negotiations and tenders.
• Understand and explain how milk price and milk flows affect profitability.
• Manage and coordinate the budget process.
• Translate drivers of business performance into actionable insights.
