Job summary

FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands is seeking a Commercial Controlling Analyst in Amersfoort to partner with sales teams, providing strategic financial insights and robust reporting to support the month-end close.

You will challenge assumptions, drive decision making with data, and act as a finance business partner to the CD NL Management Team, delivering value through rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in controlling.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and SAP.
• Knowledge of the Dutch retail landscape.
• Able to challenge commercial assumptions and drive corrective actions.
• Proactive, curious, and accountable with a drive to identify opportunities.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to act quickly and decisively.

Controlling Commercial Analyst CDNL (all genders) – Amersfoort (NL) – Finance 32-40

At FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands, we are looking for a Commercial Controlling Analyst to support our home market. In this role, you act as a finance business partner for multiple sales teams. You provide strategic insights, deliver sharp financial analysis, and help drive decision making and execution across our commercial organization.

You will work closely with the sales teams, who rely on you as their financial compass. You challenge assumptions, guide decisions with data, and are an active advisor to the CD NL Management Team. You play a key role in the monthly business reviews and are responsible for managing and improving our management reporting as part of the month‑end close, ensuring strong business insights and effective performance steering.

• Salary between €5,280 and €7,500 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
• Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 12,5% bonus, and a pension;
