Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformational Change Management Consultant within the Talent & Organization practice to help clients navigate large-scale change programs. You’ll collaborate with international colleagues, shape human-centered change strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes across industries.

You will mentor junior colleagues and travel to client sites as needed, contributing to ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns and AI-enabled activation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational change, future workforce or HR transformation.
• Track record as people-oriented, insight driven and iterative problem solver.
• Consulting experience with project-based ways of working, from origination to delivery.
• At least 3–5 years of experience including project management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support Transformation Journeys by partnering with clients on complex transformations and building adaptable organizations.
• Translate strategic direction into practical change plans covering culture and ways of working.
• Apply Change Management expertise including leadership alignment, readiness for new technologies.
• Contribute to organization design, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives for new operating models.
• Help clients unlock human potential through enterprise-wide system implementations and AI-enabled activation.
• Use data-driven insights to measure adoption, sentiment, and transformation impact.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Support business development with market research and go-to-market activities.
