Job summary

043 Damen Global Support is seeking an experienced Category Manager E&A to secure continuity in the Electrical & Automation domain by expanding stakeholder relations, managing commercial and contractual agreements, and supporting strategic E&A projects within Damen. You will join a dynamic, international environment where technology, innovation and collaboration are central.

Qualifications

A HBO/WO degree in a technical, commercial, or business discipline.
Experience as Category Manager, Contract Manager, or Procurement professional.
Knowledge of contract management, supplier management and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the E&A ecosystem.
Oversee commercial and contractual arrangements within existing framework contracts.
Support the creation and implementation of new contractual and commercial agreements.
Participate in multidisciplinary system platform teams, including IT on Board, Battery development, Drives & Propulsion Systems.
Contribute to governance development and assurance within the E&A domain.
Ensure continuity of ongoing dossiers and projects requiring specific dossier knowledge.
Identify opportunities and risks within supplier relationships and contractual agreements.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management and other Damen stakeholders.
