Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Finance Business Partner for an offshore EPIC company east of Hogeveen, Netherlands. You will combine financial oversight with business partnering to support operations, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory compliance.

Start date is August/September 2026. Salary ranges from €4,500 to €5,500 per month, plus 8% bonus and benefits. 32–40 hours per week in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Financial background.
• Preferably experience in oil and gas, energy, industrial, or engineering sectors.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights to operational teams.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch regulations.
