Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or similar role within an IT-enabled environment.
• Strong track record of connecting business needs, processes, stakeholders and technology.
• Experience defining roadmaps, scoping initiatives and leading projects or change programmes.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a clear vision for one or more business technology domains.
• Own and maintain roadmaps: identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and align stakeholders.
• Analyse business processes, data flows and user needs and translate into clear requirements and designs.
• Lead change initiatives from discovery through implementation, including planning, testing, rollout and adoption.
• Drive value from the application landscape by improving usage and simplifying processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and external partners to design sustainable solutions.
• Ensure new ways of working and tool adoption are understood and embedded in daily practice.
