Job summary

Schuberg Philis is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical leadership, quality, and long-term direction within customer teams in the Netherlands. You will align with customers’ enterprise security architectures while balancing innovation and stability.

You will collaborate with executives, product owners, architects, and engineers to design robust, secure, and scalable platforms and to foster growth within the team and the company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead without formal authority.
• Strong customer relationship skills and business-IT bridging ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of simplifying complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical point of contact for customer teams and lead technical decisions.
• Shape and guard the technical vision, architecture, and related standards.
• Lead within the account triangle with Sales and Delivery leadership.
• Promote SBP best practices and define reusable patterns and reference architectures.
• Guard quality across design, build, and run lifecycle and coach others.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers, balancing business needs with technical realities.
• Support commercial activities as technical counterpart to account leaders.
• Embody the Tech for Good mindset and focus on long-term customer impact.
• Mentor engineers and help others grow; contribute to the Tech Lead community.
