Mediahuis is looking for a Freelance Business Analyst to help shape and deliver business value across our B2C platforms. You'll work at the intersection of business, technology and customer experience, contributing to measurable value.

Your role includes translating business needs into clear functional solutions, refining the backlog, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders across Belgium and the Netherlands. This freelance assignment offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a multidisciplinary tech environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and user journeys.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate objectives into functional solutions and user journeys.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences while shaping the backlog with epics and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and architects to ensure alignment of requirements and delivery.
• Support business cases, success criteria and validate delivered solutions against benefits.
