Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners seeks a Senior Assortment Planner to join a leading Digital Assortment Planning team within a global retail organization. You will combine data-driven insights, forecasting expertise, and commercial acumen to ensure the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.

You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Business Planning, Digital Experience, Sport, and Supply Chain teams, shaping product strategies and delivering business growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Assortment Planning, Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Demand Planning, or related field.
• Experience planning a multi-season retail business.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements.
• Experience coaching and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Join a Digital Assortment Planning team and help shape product strategies and drive growth.
• Deliver data-driven insights, forecasting, and commercial acumen to ensure right product availability.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Business Planning, Digital Experience, Sport and Supply Chain to align plans.
• Lead process improvements and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Assortment Planning, Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Demand Planning, or a related field.
• Strong experience planning a multi-season retail business.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements.
• Experience coaching and developing junior team members is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong assortment planning experience with a solid understanding of financial, product, and supply planning.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with forecasting tools, analytics platforms, reporting systems, and data modelling applications.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Retail finance
  • Inventory management
  • Marketplace metrics
  • Demand forecasting
  • Top-down and bottom-up planning methodologies
• Digital retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
