Marktlink is an international M&A advisory firm that guides entrepreneurs through selling or growing their business. As Strategic Associate, you act as the right hand to the CFO, delivering analyses, scenarios and clear narratives to shape leadership decisions and Marktlink's next phase.

You translate data and market developments into actionable insights, taking ownership and challenging assumptions along the way.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy role within an international organization.
• WO level of thinking and working; strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proactive, comfortable challenging the status quo and translating topics into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses to support the Strategic Plan and growth decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and compelling management presentations.
• Advise and challenge the CFO and management on priorities and positioning.
• Prepare partner meetings and MT sessions on strategy, performance, and ambitions.
• Act as sparring partner to the CFO shaping analyses and strategic narratives.
• Benchmark competitors and market developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support investment decisions and long-term growth initiatives.
• Contribute to a strong internal strategic narrative across the organization.
