Job summary
Marktlink is seeking a Strategic Associate to work alongside the CFO and management team, translating data and market developments into actionable insights that drive growth. You will own strategic analyses, craft clear narratives, and challenge assumptions to shape Marktlink's next phase.
You will directly support senior leadership, prepare partner meetings, and benchmark market developments to spot opportunities and risks in an international, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy role in an international organization.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic analyses that support the strategic plan and growth decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and compelling presentations for partners and management.
- Advise and challenge the CFO and senior leadership on strategic priorities.
- Prepare partner meetings and MT sessions on strategy, performance and ambitions.
- Benchmark competitors and market developments to identify opportunities and risks.
