Job summary

Publicis Groupe NL is seeking a Reporting Director for the Miele account. You will own the analytics and measurement agenda, translating complex business questions into clear frameworks and executive-level reporting.

You will lead the analytics team across hubs, driving long-term measurement vision and cross-market KPI governance. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape data strategy, and explore innovative data-driven products while ensuring governance, accuracy, and security across BI

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics, measurement, or BI experience in multi-market client portfolios.
• Power BI, data warehousing, dimensional modelling, ETL processes, BI architecture experience.
• SQL proficiency; Python or similar data-transformation tools familiarity.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Understanding of media, marketing KPIs, reach and performance metrics.
• Ability to translate business questions into measurement frameworks and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and measurement agenda for the Miele account and manage day-to-day relationships with analytics and marketing teams.
• Develop and drive long-term measurement vision, roadmap, and KPI governance across hubs and markets.
• Translate client challenges into scalable, future-proof measurement frameworks and data solutions.
• Own KPI frameworks and ensure alignment in global reporting systems across markets.
• Oversee taxonomy governance, data accuracy, governance, and security standards across platforms.
• Drive innovation opportunities in AI and data-driven products or services and act as escalation point across client teams.
