Job summary

Pulitzer Amsterdam zoekt een Storekeeper die achter de schermen zorgt voor orde en controle. Je werkt met leveringen, controleert kwaliteit en zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde distributie naar afdelingen.

Je beheert administratieve taken in Birchstreet en houdt rekening met HACCP-standaarden. Ervaring in hospitality en logistiek is een plus, en je toont flexibiliteit en ownership in een dynamische omgeving.

De rol vereist nauwkeurigheid, communicatie en verantwoordelijkheid op de werkvloer.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in magazijnbeheer of logistiek.
• Ervaring in de hospitality is een pre.
• Georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar.
• Flexibel en geduldig in een dynamische omgeving.
• Goede communicatie en het gebruik van Birchstreet.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangst, controle en opslag van alle inkomende goederen.
• Zorg dat leveringen kloppen en rapporteer afwijkingen.
• Voorraad organiseren en niveaus bewaken.
• Lever afdelingen wat ze nodig hebben, wanneer ze het nodig hebben.
• Beheer bestellingen, pakbonnen en facturen in Birchstreet.
• Ondersteun voorraadtelling en houd registers bij.
• Houd opslagruimtes schoon, veilig en georganiseerd volgens HACCP-normen.

Set within 25 connected canal houses in the heart of Amsterdam, Pulitzer is a hotel full of character. Every department relies on a smooth flow of goods to perform at its best.

We are looking for a Storekeeper who keeps things clear, organised, and under control. Someone who is flexible, accurate, and enjoys a role where no two days are the same.

A day in the life

Your day starts with deliveries. You check quantities and quality, making sure everything matches the order.

You store goods in the right place, following HACCP and FIFO standards. Throughout the day, you prepare and distribute items to different departments, making sure everyone has what they need.

You also handle the administration in Birchstreet. You match orders and invoices, update records, and keep everything accurate.

Plans can change quickly. You adapt, switch between tasks, and keep things running smoothly.

What you will do

• You receive, check, and store all incoming goods.

• You make sure deliveries are correct and report any issues.

• You organise stock and monitor levels.

• You supply departments with what they need, when they need it.

• You manage purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices in Birchstreet.

• You support stock counts and keep records accurate.

• You keep storage areas clean, safe, and organised, always following HACCP standards.
  

What we are looking for

• You have experience in storekeeping, logistics, or a similar role.

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

• You are organised, accurate, and reliable.

• You are flexible and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

• You like to stay on top of things and take ownership.

• You communicate clearly and are comfortable using systems like Birchstreet.
