Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a hands-on Store Manager for the Designer Outlet Roosendaal store in the Netherlands. The role focuses on leading from the front, coaching a high-energy team, and driving commercial success across Europe.

You will guide daily operations, develop staff, and ensure a superior customer experience while collaborating with peers across nine countries in a brand that champions outdoor innovation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Ability to lead by example, coach and develop a team.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the shop floor and set the standard for service excellence.
• Develop and retain a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
• Drive commercial results using sales data and KPIs to meet targets.
• Own the customer experience and ensure an on-brand, high-energy store environment.
• Run a tight operation including inventory, visual merchandising, and safety.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager and European Retail team to share best practices.
