• Customer Service Excellence: address inquiries and complaints professionally and promote a customer-first culture.
• Business and Financial Management: monitor payroll data, cash handling, and local promotions to increase sales.
• Quality Control and Product Knowledge: ensure drinks meet CoCo’s quality standards and stay updated on menu offerings.
