Job summary

Starbucks in Utrecht is looking for an assistant store manager to join our team and help shape the Starbucks experience for customers. You will lead the store, guide partners, and drive profitability while upholding our mission and values.

You will manage shifts, work with forecasting and scheduling tools, recruit diverse talent, develop your team, and participate in training programs designed to grow leaders in our stores and support centers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of the local market and competition.
• Ability to drive store profitability and growth.
• Ambassador for partner networks and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts and ensure coverage.
• Analyze data and store observations to inform decisions improving customer and store performance.
• Collaborate with store leaders to forecast and schedule to meet budgets and recruit talent.
• Cascading new initiatives to enable operational excellence and business results.
• Support partner growth through coaching and development of your team.
• Set challenging, realistic goals to drive engagement and performance.
