lululemon in Amsterdam seeks a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations and drive a world-class guest experience. You will build and empower a diverse team, own hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching, and ensure strong financial performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a leader you will champion inclusion, coach the team, and manage budgets while collaborating with partners to optimize store strategy and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in a store environment with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Manage whole store P&L and sales targets.
• Plan quarterly and annual store strategy, budget and labour.
• Oversee hiring, recruitment and onboarding with focus on inclusion.
• Coach and develop team; provide feedback and career path guidance.
• Ensure guest experience and omnichannel programs in-store.
