Job summary

lululemon educators in Amsterdam are the frontline ambassadors, delivering world-class guest experiences and authentic product education. You will engage guests, share knowledge on fabrics and fit, and connect with the community while upholding lululemon’s values.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and a willingness to move through the store to assist guests, with a focus on maintaining a premium luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• EMEA local Right to Work requirements must be met.
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide product education.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an inclusive, engaging store environment and support store operations.
• Move through the floor to assist guests and maintain the luxury store ambiance.
• Support end-to-end guest experience and execute omnichannel programs per company standards.
