Dyson is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive daily shopfloor performance in the Netherlands. You will lead by example, deliver world-class product demonstrations, coach the team, and ensure every customer interaction meets Dyson’s high standards.

You’ll be accountable for daily operations, stock handling, and achieving sales targets while maintaining cleanliness and brand integrity on the shopfloor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, ideally with team responsibilities.
• Confident, approachable, and energetic shopfloor leader with coaching skills.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities for the team.
• Detail-oriented and reliable, upholding high standards and teamwork.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interest in technology and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on Dyson demonstrations and drive customer engagement.
• Maintain shopfloor cleanliness, organization, and Dyson branding.
• Address customer queries and resolve minor escalations promptly.
• Lead and coach Experts and Stylists on daily activities and targets.
• Onboard new team members and communicate daily targets and energy.
• Support sales targets through personal selling and team effort.
• Monitor stock displays, POS materials, and loss prevention.
• Report progress to the Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader.
