Lager 157 is opening a second store in the Netherlands and seeks a Store Coach / Team Leader in Tilburg. You will lead the team, support the Store Manager, and ensure high standards of service and shop presentation from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in store leadership or coaching roles.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• 18 years or older.
• Willing to work in Tilburg and in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team alongside the Store Manager.
• Direct daily shop floor operations and motivate the team.
• Introduce, train, and follow up on new employees.
• Ensure routines, visual merchandising and daily store presentation.
• Assign tasks and areas of responsibility to team members.
• Provide customers with excellent service every day.
• Maintain store order, replenishment and garment care.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data and address personnel matters.
• Foster a strong team spirit and an inspiring work environment.

Be part of the team from day one.

We're building the second Lager 157 store in the Netherlands.

As a Store Coach at Lager 157, you are an engaged and driven leader. The role includes acting as Deputy Store Manager when the Store Manager is not present. This means a high level of responsibility for staff, leadership, staffing, store operations, and administration.

Your responsibilities as Store Coach / Team Leader:

• Together with the Store Manager, develop and lead the store team.
• Lead the daily work on the shop floor and motivate the team through clear feedback and follow-up.
• Introduce, train, and follow up on new employees.
• Ensure that all routines are followed - including visual merchandising and daily store presentation.
• Clearly distribute tasks and areas of responsibility to each team member.
• Ensure that our customers receive the best possible service - every day.
• Make the store a great place to both work in and shop at.
• Ensure routines and reporting during the Store Managers' absence.
• Act as the Store Managers' closest sounding board and coach the team.
• Be responsible for the overall condition of the store - orderliness, replenishment, and garment care.
• Work with KPIs, analysis, and personnel-related matters.
• Contribute to a strong team spirit and an inspiring working environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an engaged, organized, and driven person who enjoys meeting many different people.
• Has leadership experience and enjoys working practically close to the team.
• Likes structure, is solution-oriented, and wants to contribute to development.
• Is fluent in English, both spoken and written - additional languages are a plus.
• Is at least 18 years old.

The position reports to the Store Manager.
