Job summary

Zara is seeking an Operational Stock Deputy to own the stockroom and operational flow of the store. You will work with the Operations Manager and Store Manager to ensure products move efficiently from delivery to the shop floor, supporting availability and overall store performance.

You will oversee replenishment, stockroom layout, delivery processes, RFID, stock accuracy, and online storage, ensuring standards while adapting to daily challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple priorities and teams.
• EU work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment and stockroom organization to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate deliveries and movement from loading to shop floor.
• Improve workflows and productivity while adhering to standards.
• Lead and develop stockroom and delivery teams, setting clear expectations.
• Ensure health and safety practices, security procedures, and sustainability commitments.
