Job summary

Impala Terminals Group in Rotterdam is seeking a Stock Control Specialist to ensure accurate stock records and timely reporting to customers. Main Purpose

Responsible for stock control at Impala Terminals Rotterdam.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily follow-up on differences in actual and book stock.
• Work with Operations team to investigate and report stock differences.
• Responsible for monthly stock reconciliation process and reporting to customers.
• Liaise with surveyors and other third parties.
• Training of operational staff on Stock Management process.
• Control operational loss/gain targets by product within approved limits.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5+ years of experience in liquid bulk supply chain and stock management.
• Experience in Oil Terminal Operations.
• Experience in similar role is a plus.
• Able to educate colleagues in stock management matters.
• Ability to work with team member, senior management and third-party.
• Languages: English and preferable Dutch.
