Job summary

Monday Merch is seeking a full-time Production Operator in Rotterdam to run and support sticker, box and heat-transfer printing lines. You will operate printers and presses, cut stickers, assemble print materials, and help with packaging on a fast-growing scale-up.

You’ll work with an international team where English is the main language, keep the production area organized and clean, perform quality checks, and adapt to different production lines as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be available for full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production machines such as sticker printer, box printer, and heat-transfer press.
• Print and cut high-quality stickers (kiss-cut and contour cut).
• Assist in printing and custom boxes.
• Apply heat-transfer logos to clothing and merchandise.
• Organise materials, and follow structured workflows.
• Perform quality checks to ensure everything looks perfect.
• Keep the production area clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Your exact tasks may vary depending on the production line you support.
