Job summary

Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for a dedicated Steward (Dishwasher) to join our team in Amsterdam. You will operate the dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes and utensils are washed, sanitized, and stored to maintain high hygiene standards.

Your responsibilities include cleaning tools, supporting the team, receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, and helping maintain a safe, pristine kitchen environment for a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Communicate fluently in English.
• Are flexible and able to work in the morning, day, evening and during the weekends.
• Can’t stop cleaning till everything is perfect and have a passion for hospitality.
• Available full-time.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper washing and sanitizing of dishes, utensils and kitchenware.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment and store items properly.
• Assist with deliveries, organize storage areas and support waste management and safety.

The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for a dedicated Steward (Dishwasher) to join our team.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Steward, you are an important part of our Kitchen team and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your main responsibilities include operating the dishwashing equipment, cleaning kitchen tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. You make sure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly washed, sanitized, and stored.

You also support the team by receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, handling waste and recycling, and keeping work areas clean and safe. Your work helps maintain the high hygiene standards that are essential in our kitchen.

To be eligible for this position you…
