Overview

Work as a Customer Service Agent in Athens or Sofia! Earn up to €1,891 per month, have your flight paid, and enjoy the sun. You will assist Slovenian customers for global brands, using your language skills to solve technical and product-related questions. Training and flight to your new home are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and social channels
• Diagnosing and solving technical issues with enthusiasm
• Accurately updating customer records in the system
• Collaborating with an international team in English
• Ensuring every customer receives friendly and high-quality service

Who are you?

You are a proactive communicator who loves helping people. You speak and write Slovenian fluently and have a strong command of English. You are at least 18 years old and ready for a new challenge in Greece or Bulgaria for at least six to twelve months. You have a valid EU passport or ID card and the motivation to learn new technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Locations

• Athens, Greece: Gross monthly salary of €1,200–€1,300, plus a performance bonus and 14 payments per year
• Sofia, Bulgaria: Gross monthly salary of 3,700 BGN (approximately €1,891)
