REPORTS TO: Organizational Development Manager
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours, day/evening per week. Weekends and Overtime as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing, sitting, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., push and pull heavy loads. Physical ability to teach Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention - Revised (SCIP-R) techniques and CPR

This position provides instruction, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to employees while maintaining accurate training records and ensuring required certifications are completed and maintained. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to teach hands-on techniques such as CPR and SCIP-R, and a commitment to fostering a knowledgeable, confident, and well-prepared workforce.
