Elestor seeks a Stack Testing Operator to join our Stack R&D Team in Arnhem. You will conduct electrochemical tests on cells and stacks in the lab and pilot field, while also performing data processing, plotting, and reporting.

You will handle hands-on assembly, disassembly and post-mortem investigations, develop test plans, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaboration and clear documentation are essential to advance our hydrogen-iron flow battery technology.

Formación

• Experience with electrochemical cells and their operation in a lab environment.
• Proven ability to develop professional test plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interdisciplinary teams.
• Passion for clean energy and energy storage technologies.
• International experience is a plus."

Responsabilidades

• Perform stack-related lab tests and experiments, including making test plans.
• Conduct post-mortem investigations on cells and stacks.
• Support other team members with stack-related activities.
• Participate in team meetings and provide constructive input.
• Share knowledge from electrochemical testing and data analysis.
• Document and communicate research results through protocols and reports.
• Support the implementation of testing improvements and share practical knowledge with other departments.
