Rabobank seeks a Stablecoin Risk Consultant to accelerate readiness across Financial Economic Crime, Compliance, Legal and Risk domains. You translate stablecoin business cases, capabilities and operating models into actionable requirements for these domains and support them in building the frameworks, policies, controls and knowledge required for both near-term pilots and long-term adoption. In addition, you provide risk, compliance and regulatory input into product and capability development, helping ensure stablecoin solutions are designed to be scalable, compliant and operationally robust from the outset.You operate at the intersection of innovation, risk, regulation and business strategy. While domain ownership remains within FEC, Compliance, Legal and Risk, you act as a central coordination point, helping stakeholders align, identify gaps, remove blockers and accelerate decision-making.This is a unique opportunity to help shape the foundations that enable Rabobank to responsibly participate in the future of digital money.## **Book results**As a Stablecoin Risk Consultant, you will:* Drive and coordinate organisational readiness across Financial Economic Crime (FEC), Compliance, Legal and Risk for stablecoin adoption.* Translate stablecoin business models, wallet-based transaction flows and business requirements into actionable risk, compliance and regulatory requirements, while helping improve product designs and capabilities through risk and regulatory insights.* Accelerate alignment across business and control functions to enable stablecoin pilots, support future adoption and build long-term organisational readiness.## **Facts & figures*** 36 hours per week.* Responsible for accelerating risk, compliance and regulatory readiness within a strategic growth domain.* 9 million customers worldwide.## **Top 3 responsibilities*** Coordinate and accelerate readiness activities across Financial Economic Crime (FEC), Compliance, Legal and Risk domains.* Act as the bridge between stablecoin business initiatives and control functions by translating business requirements into risk, compliance and regulatory needs and ensuring these insights are reflected in product and capability development.* Enable responsible innovation by supporting stakeholder alignment, pilot execution and long-term organisational readiness.You collaborate closely with innovation teams, business stakeholders and subject matter experts across FEC, Compliance, Legal and Risk, as well as colleagues in Retail, Wholesale & Rural and Treasury.
