Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking, databases, virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization.
• Understanding of container services (Docker, K8s) preferred.
• Experience with REST APIs and streaming services like Kafka is a plus.
• At least one software development skill, such as Java, Python, C++.
• Effective organizational, analytical, and communications skills.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Experience in SRE or DevOps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the SLA, troubleshoot, and support solutions for digital power energy platform.
• Handle incidents and execute changes daily.
• Coordinate and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization strategies.
• Conduct value exploration based on data operation.
