Job summary

USG Engineering is looking for a Senior Test Engineer in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will design and implement production test set-ups for high-volume mass production, manage the Industrial Test Facility development, and ensure alignment with cost and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing, strong C++ and VBA programming skills, and business-fluent English. This role involves working in diverse, multi-disciplinary environments while keeping testing strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industrial testing, including RF testing.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and VBA; LabVIEW experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years working in multi-site, multi-disciplinary environments.
• 1–3 years experience with RF PCB design.
• Business-fluent English skills.

As senior Test Engineer you will be responsible for the design and implementation of production test set-up for high‑volume mass production.

• Finalize product test strategy with a multi‑disciplinary team, ensuring alignment with target cost and high‑quality requirements.
• Manage the development of the Industrial Test Facility (ITF).
• Define required hardware, write and debug test software.
• Release ITF for production at Asia Pacific sites.
• Develop, apply and keep up‑to‑date innovative test strategies and methodologies.
• Suggest DfT practices to enable cost‑effective testing and adequate fault coverage.
• Provide inputs to the RF Industrial Testing Roadmap.
• Support Test Engineers at production sites in identifying cost‑reduction opportunities, capacity expansion and transfers.
