Job summary

Progressive, a leading pharmaceutical company in Leiden, seeks a Sr. Project Engineer / Project Lead to manage and deliver capital investment projects within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate engineering scope with internal and external teams, ensure Change Control and GxP compliance, and drive project timelines from feasibility through to closure. The role requires 5–7 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and FPX Project Lead Training, with

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience.
• Trained in FPX Project Lead Training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver capital investment projects.
• Coordinate with external firms and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure GxP requirements (e.g. Change Control).
• Develop timelines and manage scope, budget, and milestones.
