Job summary

Factor Europe is seeking a Sr. Manager, Menu Performance to own and optimize the weekly menu cycle. You will leverage data, AI tools, and automation to improve engagement, retention, and internal processes across R&D, Supply Chain, and Production.

You will build scalable models, refine planning tools, and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements for culinary and ops teams, while ensuring timely delivery and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product/Business Ops, Analytics, or Operational Excellence.
• Excel/Google Sheets expert with SQL; Python is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence leaders across departments and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Optimize menu performance and weekly planning model for engagement and cost targets.
• Run correlation and driver analyses to identify key menu attributes.
• Forecast commercial impact on cost per meal and profitability.
• Own the weekly menu cycle and ensure timely menu uploads.
• Translate customer data into insights for Culinary, Kitchen Ops teams.
• Automate onboarding and extend/upgrade the Product tool stack.
