What You'll Do:

The Senior AI Growth Strategist partners with Edwin customers to ensure they successfully operationalise AI, achieve measurable business outcomes, and accelerate their journey towards Autonomous IT. This role goes beyond traditional Customer Success. While Edwin deployments may succeed technically, long-term customer success depends on sustained user adoption, operational change, executive alignment, and measurable value realisation. The Senior AI Growth Strategist owns that journey, helping customers turn successful implementations into meaningful and lasting business outcomes. Working with a portfolio of strategic and complex enterprise customers, you will combine technical expertise, business consulting, data-driven insights, and executive engagement to maximise adoption, improve customer health, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities for continued growth. As a senior member of Edwin’s AI Growth organisation, you will also support the development of other AI Growth Strategists, contribute to customer engagement methodologies and playbooks, and help improve how Edwin delivers value at scale. You will work closely with AI Impact, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and LogicMonitor Customer Success teams to ensure customers continuously realise value from Edwin while providing actionable feedback that shapes the future of the platform.

• Own the success of a portfolio of strategic and complex Edwin customers.
• Drive successful operational adoption following Edwin deployments.
• Develop and execute AI Success Plans aligned with each customer’s business objectives.
• Guide customers from implementation through adoption, value realisation, expansion readiness, advocacy, and Autonomous IT maturity.
• Monitor customer health, adoption, product usage, AI maturity, and operational outcomes.
• Identify risks early and lead cross‑functional recovery plans before customer outcomes are impacted.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews that clearly demonstrate business value, ROI, and progress against agreed success measures.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Help customers identify and prioritise AI use cases that deliver measurable business impact.
• Identify opportunities to expand Edwin adoption across additional teams, workflows, and use cases.
• Capture customer outcomes, success stories, references, and advocacy opportunities.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer by providing actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Mentor AI Growth Strategists and contribute to the development of team playbooks, methodologies, and best practices.

What You’ll Need:

• 9+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or technical consulting, supporting complex enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated success owning strategic customer relationships and delivering measurable adoption, value realisation, retention, and growth outcomes.
• Experience working with senior and executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across complex customer organisations.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand AI‑driven solutions, observability platforms, integrations, APIs, automation, cloud environments, and enterprise operational workflows.
• Experience developing customer success plans, conducting Executive Business Reviews, measuring ROI, and proactively managing customer health and adoption.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional customer initiatives involving technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Consultative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Experience identifying expansion opportunities through customer adoption and demonstrated value.
