Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you will be a driving force in integrating AI into our platform, working closely with dynamic, cross‑functional product teams. You will identify opportunities for AI, design and implement intelligent features, and inspire others to embrace the power of AI. This role goes beyond coding – it's about leading the charge in AI tooling adoption and building AI‑powered features that customers love.

Must Haves

• AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions, with a strong understanding of various AI paradigms (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing).
• Technical Prowess: A strong technical background in modern software development (Typescript, React), distributed systems, and data‑intensive applications. You understand what it takes to build robust, scalable, and intelligent software.
• Execution & Delivery: Ability to drive the implementation of AI features from concept to production, manage priorities, and consistently deliver high‑quality software, predictably.
• Evangelism & Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for articulating complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. You love inspiring others about AI.
• Collaborative Spirit: A genuine passion for working seamlessly across engineering, product, and design functions.
