Job summary

Job description

As a Sprinkler Fitter, you will work on the installation, assembly, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in utility and industrial buildings. You work based on technical drawings and follow strict safety and quality standards.

Your main tasks:

• Installing and assembling sprinkler piping systems in utility and industrial projects
• Working with steel piping systems (threaded, grooved, or flanged)
• Measuring, cutting, threading, and fitting pipes accurately
• Installing sprinkler heads, valves, pumps, and pipe supports
• Reading and working from technical drawings and installation plans
• Performing pressure tests and leak checks
• Following site safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Around 3 years of experience as a sprinkler fitter
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Driving licence category B
• Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
• Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one (can be arranged by Maintec)
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team

Employment conditions:

• Gross hourly wage between €15.00 – €19.00, depending on experience.
• This results in a net salary between €500 – €650 per week, based on a 40-hour working week
• Possibility to work overtime
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
