Job summary

A staffing agency in the Netherlands is looking for a skilled Pipefitter to install and assemble piping systems for various projects. Candidates must have around 3 years of experience, proficiency in pipe bending, and familiarity with press systems. A valid VCA certificate is preferred, and communication in English is required. Competitive hourly wages and benefits, including accommodation support, are offered. This position is exclusively open to EU citizens.

Qualifications

• Driving licence category B.

Job description

As a Pipefitter, you will work on the installation and assembly of piping systems in utility and industrial environments. Your role focuses on bending, assembling, and connecting pipes according to technical drawings and site safety regulations.

Your main tasks include:

• Installing and assembling piping systems in utility and industrial projects
• Bending pipes, preferably copper, according to specifications
• Working with press systems such as Viega Profipress and Mapress
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately
• Connecting pipe systems for water, heating, and technical installations
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Following site safety procedures and quality standards

• Around 3 years of experience as a pipefitter in utility or industrial environments
• Experience with pipe bending (preferably copper)
• Experience working with press systems such as Viega Profipress and Mapress
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Driving licence category B
• Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
• Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one (can be arranged by Maintec)
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team

Employment conditions:

• Gross hourly wage between €15.00 – €19.00, depending on experience
• Net salary between €500 – €650 per week, based on a 40-hour working week
• Possibility to work overtime
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
