Job summary

Mane Energy is seeking two experienced Automotive Painters/Preppers for long-term work in the Netherlands. The roles are freelance or limited company based, with a pay rate of €30 per hour net and 40–50 hours per week. Starting ASAP, this is a hands-on painting position requiring tools and high standards.

Responsibilities include panel preparation, repairs, colour matching, and applying base and clear coats using spray equipment, while maintaining a safe, tidy workshop.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Automotive Painter/Prepper.
• Ability to meet high industry standards.
• Own tools preferred.
• Eligible to work as freelance / limited company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicle panels for paintwork (sanding, masking and priming).
• Filling and repairing minor body damage.
• Mixing and colour matching paint.
• Applying base coat and clear coat using spray equipment.
• Inspecting finished work to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
