As an experienced painter, you can:

You build scaffolds independently and work according to the technical advice received. Please indicate your preferences, and we will accommodate them, including working with a fixed colleague. If you bring in a colleague painter, you will receive a bonus for that.

A valid VCA diploma is helpful but not always mandatory. You can also obtain VCA for free via Flextra. Since the painting work is in the Utrecht region, we would appreciate if you also reside nearby, such as in Nieuwegein, Zeist, Woerden, or Amersfoort.
