Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to help clients ramp up on our digital advertising platform. The role blends onboarding support with advisory work across campaign setup and optimization.

We offer relocation to sunny Barcelona, 1 month of company-provided accommodation, a hybrid office/remote model, and paid training. You will join an international team and have clear paths into account management, digital marketing, or operations.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written & spoken)

• Very good English skills for internal communication

• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills

• Customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust with business clients

• Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and analytics

• Experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing is a plus (but not required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
