• Support new Dutch-speaking clients during their onboarding process
• Provide guidance on account setup, campaign structure, and best practices
• Help clients understand advertising tools, reporting features, and optimization options
• Conduct outbound onboarding calls and follow-up sessions
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through proactive communication

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written & spoken)
• Very good English skills for internal communication
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust with business clients
• Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and analytics
• Experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
