Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (written & spoken) is mandatory.
• Very good English skills for internal communication.
• Comfortable with digital tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust with clients.
• Experience with digital tools, dashboards and analytics.
• Experience in customer success or account management is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

• Conduct outbound onboarding calls and follow-up sessions
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through proactive communication

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written & spoken)
