Job summary

EN-ERGO, based in Delft, seeks a hands-on hardware specialist to lead the build, assembly, and testing of propulsion systems from CubeSat modules to 1-tonne platforms. You will manage end-to-end integration in our in-house facility and support client integration campaigns.

You will coordinate procurement, QA, and supplier workflows while collaborating with systems engineering to ensure build-ready documentation and deliverables for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hardware assembly and testing on high-precision systems.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environments and Lean Six Sigma or similar.
• Highly organized with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute precision build, integration, and verification protocols for spacecraft propulsion units.
• Draft manufacturing instructions, validation procedures, and post-test reports.
• Manage component procurement, incoming QA, and supplier verification workflows.
• Coordinate internal fabrication schedules and oversee external contract manufacturers.
• Ensure design files, BOMs, and assembly documentation are build-ready.
• Direct system delivery and provide hands-on integration support at customer facilities.
