Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Pa & Safety Support Engineer (E3) to join our Aerospace team, working on-site at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands. The role covers Quality Management, PA&S baselining, and oversight of contractor PA&S activities within a multinational environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in engineering with 10+ years in the space sector, including 5+ years in Product and Quality Assurance, and demonstrated ability to manage complex QA tasks across development,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in the space sector including 5+ years in Product and Quality Assurance.
• Proven record of Product and Quality Assurance activities for spacecraft units.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of PA&S Office to fulfil Quality Management System activities.
• Establish PA&S requirements baseline for all project elements and produce PA&S documentation.
• Review ESA contractor plans and efforts for PA&S activities.
• Monitor PA&S status, identify NCRs and issues, and track action items with reporting.
• Assist in assessing PA&S implementation by ESA contractors.
