Job summary

SSC Space Netherlands is seeking a senior PA&S professional with extensive experience in Product Assurance and Safety (PA&S) for spacecraft programs. You will support baseline PA&S requirements, review contractor plans, and monitor PA&S status across ESA projects, coordinating with RAMS, M&P, EEE, and related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the space sector including 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance.
• Proven record of Product and Quality Assurance activities for spacecraft units.
• Experience with test campaigns at spacecraft level is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work in a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of PA&S requirements baseline in line with ESA policy and produce PA&S documentation.
• Review ESA contractor plans, specifications and efforts for PA&S activities.
• Monitor PA&S status, identify issues, NCRs, anomalies and failures, and track actions and reports.
