Job summary

McFly & Brown in Leiden invites an AI Technician (Assembly & Integration) to join its cutting-edge space hardware program. You will assemble and integrate mission-critical components for satellite and launch vehicle programs in a high-tech, international environment.

You will work on assembly per technical work instructions, perform self-inspections, document deviations, and collaborate with engineers and quality specialists to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working according to strict quality procedures and technical work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate mechanical space hardware following instructions and quality procedures.
• Work with digital work instructions and production registration systems.
• Perform accurate self-inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and report technical deviations according to procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, quality specialists, and project teams to meet schedules.
