Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a motivated student to join the Procurement team in the Netherlands. You will work with a global team to support indirect procurement projects, interact with stakeholders, issue RFQs, and help implement spend analytics.

This internship offers hands-on experience in an international semiconductor environment, exposure to contract management and reporting in Excel and PowerPoint, and the chance to contribute to supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completing HBO/WO in a business or supply chain field.
• Specialization in Procurement/Supply Chain is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; interest in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement of goods and services, including RFQs and supplier nomination.
• Analyze procurement and spend data to support negotiations and risk mitigation.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and provide updates and reporting.
• Assist with contract data management, storage, and renewal reviews.
• Prepare and track spend, savings, and project reports.
• Support project planning and basic project management activities.
• Manage contracts and amendments in the contract storage system.
• Identify upcoming contract requirements and future workload.
