ITEC zoekt een Sourcing Intern om de Procurement-teams te ondersteunen en hands-on ervaring op te doen in een internationale high-tech omgeving.

Je werkt aan purchased-analytics, procesoptimalisatie en duurzaamheid, met begeleiding van ervaren professionals. Je leert in een dynamische setting en werkt samen met stakeholders uit Operations, Logistics en Engineering.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical, accurate and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes and purchasing activities.
• Assist in data crunching (via ERP system) about supplier performance and spend analysis.
• Help in administrative work like creating / updating supplier and maintaining purchasing data in ERP system.
• Contribute to procurement improvement projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Logistics and Engineering.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for the Procurement team.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and cost within procurement processes.
• Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as required by business needs.

Your assignment

As a Sourcing Intern, you will support the Procurement team in day-to-day activities and improvement projects. Depending on your study requirements and interests, your internship may focus on topics such as supplier management, purchasing analytics, process optimization, sustainability, or cost improvement initiatives.

During your internship, you will:

• Support procurement processes and purchasing activities.
