Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) – WMS / Supply Chain Software

Altura Partners is supporting a leading international supply chain technology provider in the search for a Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) to join their growing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) division.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established business with over 20 years of expertise within warehouse management and logistics technology, supporting retailers, wholesalers, e-commerce businesses, and 3PL providers across Europe.

The Role

As a Solution Consultant, you will act as the bridge between technology and business, supporting prospective and existing customers throughout the pre-sales process.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver engaging workshops, product demonstrations, solution presentations, and customer discovery sessions focused on modern WMS and supply chain technology solutions.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will help shape complex supply chain transformation projects while influencing how solutions are positioned within the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales teams with qualification, discovery, and value proposition development
• Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and customer solution discussions
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business stakeholders
• Position advanced WMS capabilities, product roadmap, and integrated supply chain solutions
• Work collaboratively with customers to understand operational challenges and business requirements
• Support Marketing initiatives with industry and product expertise
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales into implementation and delivery teams following successful project wins

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within WMS software, warehousing, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain consulting environments
• Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or WMS Consulting
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both operational and technical audiences
• Experience delivering workshops, demonstrations, and customer-facing solution discussions
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English
