Itproposal is seeking a high‑caliber Solution Architect specialized in Enterprise Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7 and Private 5G. You will define architecture standards, lead PoCs, and guide large‑scale wireless deployments across enterprise and industrial environments.

The role requires deep RF expertise and strong collaboration with vendors and business teams. The position is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, with a full‑time engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise wireless architecture or Private 5G design.
• Proven experience leading large-scale wireless and industrial connectivity programs.
• Strong knowledge of Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7, Private 5G design, RF planning and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7 solutions with RF planning and capacity planning.
• Design end-to-end Private 5G networks (RAN, Core, Transport, Edge).
• Create High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD); establish architecture standards.
• Define secure wireless solutions using WPA3, 802.1X, NAC and Zero Trust.
• Integrate Wi‑Fi and Private 5G with LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, and cloud platforms.
• Lead PoCs, vendor evaluations, and Proofs of Concepts for new wireless tech.
• Provide architectural guidance for large-scale enterprise, campus, and industrial deployments.
• Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure delivery.
• Offer L3/L4 troubleshooting support for complex wireless deployments.
• Support Industry 4.0, smart factory initiatives and IoT connectivity.
